New reservation attached to the Declaration of the Japanese government accepting the compulsory juri

The Japanese government made clear that it attached a new reservation (C) to its declaration of optional clause (Article 36(2) of the Statute of the ICJ). See the Declaration and the background of it (explanation by the ICJ).
